As the damaged places for the stations must be reconstruction and the new places structured newly SEBA took over the full responsibility for this turn-key project and build up in close cooperation with local partners and sub suppliers a high reliable and already flood approved system.
Data transmission is realized with the GSM network and has the special feature, that the availability of the stations is guaranteed during heavy telephone traffic trough the local network due to the fact, that the local provider provided special high priority SIM-cards. This arrangement was negotiated by SEBA Hydrometrie representative with the provider and was already very successful and needful during the last flood seasons.
All the data transmissions and the alarm management is done by installation of the Data Evaluation Management and Alarm Software D.E.M.A.S.. Online display on the Graphical user interface (GUI, MMI) is supported by graphical elements showing the actual situation at the stations. An integrated small GIS system gives quick overview and easy access to deeper information about stations and the evaluation tools.
The integrated data evaluation package of D.E.M.A.S. is used for data check, statistical purposes and as well discharge calculations (Q)
